Bakersville Halloween Block Party and Festivities

BAKERSVILLE, N.C. — Trick or treat, smell my feet! Mitchell County’s seat announces their upcoming Halloween festivities.

The Town of Bakersville and local businesses will give out candy during the annual Town-wide Trick or Treating event on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 between 5 to 7 pm. 

Afterwards, Bakersville Fire and Rescue will host a Halloween Block Party at Station 3, located at 306 Baker Lane, between 5 and 9 pmHalloween festivities include:

  • Trunk or treat, 
  • free kids games and prizes, 
  • food will be available for purchase, including hot dogs, drinks, candy apples, and popcorn, 
  • and a giant pumpkin drop at 6 pm.

Haunted hayrides will be available between 7 and 9 pm, with non-scary rides also available prior between 5 and 7 pm.

Additional parking will be available across from the fire department at Quality Plus Apparel.

Donations are gladly accepted!
