Harrell: Traumatic Injury on Bee Branch Road

HARRELL, N.C. — Report of a person with a traumatic injury at a residence located in the 100 block of Bee Branch Road within the Bradshaw fire district. First responder and paramedic emergency response requested.

Reported by the caller as a medical emergency involving a person who had a lawn mower accident, lost a lot of blood from the leg. First responders and paramedics were requested to respond to the scene to provide further assistance. Medical air transport has been placed on standby.

Update: A first responder on scene advised that the patient has a laceration to right shin, bleeding has been stopped. Leg may possibly be broken or fractured. Air medical transport has declined flight due to inclement weather.
