Report of an person with an unknown medical condition on North NC226 Highway. Fire and medical response requested. Reported by law enforcement on scene at Helen’s Restaurant as a 41 year old male, possibly having a heat stroke. He is throwing up, experiencing no chest pains, is completely alert, and is clammy.

Report of property damage on South NC226 Highway, Burleson Hill. City law enforcement response requested and on the scene.  Reported as a vehicle traveling by Mike Brown Ford dealership, a tire came off the vehicle, and has struck multiple vehicles in the parking lot.

Report of a person with chest pains on Wagonmaster #4 at Wagonmaster Trailer Park. Fire and medical emergency response requested. Reported as a 81 year old female who has tingling in one of her arms, having trouble breathing, having chest pains, and is clammy. She has taken Aspirin but no nitro.
