Report of a burglar alarm activation on Swiss Pine Lake Road. County law enforcement response requested and on scene. Update: A county law enforcement officer responded to the scene on Swiss Pine Lake Road and investigated the Alarm Activation complaint. Upon arrival, the officer conducted a perimeter check and observed a door that was standing open.  The officer then inspected the interior of the residence by conducting a walk-through and was unable to detect any evidence of the residence being tampered with, property being removed, or the presence of any suspects. Report of animal harassment on Sunnybrook Drive. City law enforcement response requested and is on the scene. Reported as a bear cub that has trespassed through the complainants yard which has has caused harassment to his dog. Update: City law enforcement officers responded to the scene on Sunnybrook Drive and investigated the animal harassment complaint. Upon arrival, officers did not observe the suspect bear cub. Estatoe: Abnormal Behavior on Twin Oaks Lane

Report of a person having abnormal behavior on Twin Oaks Lane. County law enforcement, fire, and medical response requested. Reported as a female who has not taken her medication for several days. County law enforcement requested to secure the scene. Update: County law enforcement officers responded to the scene at Twin Oaks Lane and provided security  fire and medical that provided emergency assistance to the abnormal behavior incident. Upon arrival, paramedics conducted an assessment of the female patient and afterwards transported her to Blue Ridge Regional Hospital for medical treatment. County law enforcement is clear of the scene and back in service.
